GROUP SCHEDULE

High intensive interval training – Prepare to get your heart rate up with this cardiovascular fat burning session. With short periods of anaerobic exercise, you’ll have less recovery periods keeping your heart rate high and staying in an optimal fat burning state.

Strength –  A class designed to build lean muscle mass, bone density, joint strength and mobility.  These exercises are aimed to keep you strong, lean, confident and injury free.

Less repetitions of an exercise with heavier weights.

Mat Pilates – a sequence of exercises that will strengthen and tone your entire body, whilst activating deeper stability muscles that you may not target in general fitness classes.

High Performance – Come & test your ability in a class designed to challenge your balance, agility & conditioning. The ultimate test to finish your week.

Resistance and Cardio – This full body workout is a combination of resistance and cardio exercises designed to increase lean muscle mass and improve cardiovascular fitness.

Release – A range of techniques to help release myofascial tension and improve mobility. The ultimate tool to help you stay injury free

Open Circuit –  Come anytime during allocated times to test yourself. We choose the exercises and you choose the time

Mat Pilates – a sequence of exercises that will strengthen and tone your entire body, whilst activating deeper stability muscles that you may not target in general fitness classes.

BOXING – Fun, enjoyable and challenging outdoor boxing sessions for all fitness levels. Meet at the Queens Park 6am.

Glutes, Core & Cardio – Taken by our Pilates specialist Rox, this session focuses on Glutes, Core & Cardio teaching correct movement patterns and developing essential muscles to develop all round training.
